Welcome to Strand Mall! With a vast array of diverse shops, dining options, and experiences, you’ll find something for everyone under one roof. From fashion to food, electronics to entertainment, and everything in between, there’s no shortage of variety here.

With a total lettable area of 245,414 square feet (sq. ft.) spread out over four levels. The mall also has 1,000 covered parking bays and outdoor parking. The Warna Avenue is a 90-ft-wide and 800-ft-long covered al fresco boulevard that offers dining, office and entertainment outlets, with suitable space for events. It has a total lettable area of 170,814 sq. ft.

It is accessible via the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and the Damansara - Shah Alam Elevated Expressway DASH, by way Persiaran Surian and Persiaran Mahogani.

Integrated with the Mall, is the “ENCORP STRAND RESIDENCES”; a Serviced Apartment Tower comprising 278 units with its own car park.

Surrounding the Mall, are vibrant commercial precincts, that stride during lunch time and after office hours.

If you have an event you would like to advertise for, please drop off the flyers at Concierge for approval. Preference is given to Non-Profit Organisations and Tenants.

Anyone wishing to film within Strand Mall must obtain approval through the Marketing Department prior to filming anywhere on site. Please contact the Marketing team directly at 03 6286 7777 or email esmretails@encorp.com.my
